Digital Marketing Intern

Join our marketing team to help drive organic growth, manage social media, and run performance campaigns for Rebounce and our clients. You'll get hands-on exposure to real budgets, real analytics, and real results.

• Plan and schedule social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X
• Research keywords and implement on-page SEO improvements for client websites
• Set up, monitor, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Compile weekly performance reports using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console
• Write compelling email newsletters and marketing copy
• Collaborate with the design team to produce creative assets

• Studying Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• Excellent written English; Swahili communication skills are a bonus
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in digital content and online advertising
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Personal social media management or content creation (show us your work!)
• Any hands-on use of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or SEO tools is a plus
• Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for content design welcomed

• SEO strategy: keyword research, on-page and technical SEO
• Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
• Content creation and social media scheduling

• Email marketing and copywriting
