IT & Systems Support Intern

Support our internal and client infrastructure from domain management and web hosting to troubleshooting and system maintenance. A great fit if you enjoy solving technical problems hands-on in a fast-paced agency.

• Set up and configure web hosting environments on cPanel, Plesk, and VPS
• Manage domain registrations, DNS records, and SSL certificate renewals
• Troubleshoot network, email, and server issues for internal teams and clients
• Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and security audits
• Document technical processes and write clear IT support guides
• Provide first-line technical support to staff and clients via WhatsApp and email

• Studying IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and common operating systems
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, able to work independently and escalate issues appropriately

• Any hands-on experience with web hosting panels (cPanel, Plesk) is a plus
• Basic Linux command-line familiarity is welcomed
• Prior IT helpdesk or technical support experience (even voluntary) is advantageous
